ABOUT THIS PROJECT:
This project is a continuation of a project my father and I did in 1994 for my mom. She is a survivor and I would like to credit that to early detection and excellent medical care. The initial project was an audio cassette with a narrative explaining the Breast Self Examination (BSE) which was released to the public libraries in Alberta and through the Calgary Board of Education for use in the the high schools. Telus Communications also included it as a health feature in their "Talking Yellow Pages".
In September of 2009 I decided to add a video component and launched this on YouTube.com. It is currently very well received and viewed world wide. The project has now evolved to this website where I will endeavor to translate and make this available for download in formats compatible for PC, IPTV, IPOD and presentation on cell phones.
